the petitioner passed away and the son of the petitioner

instructed that they are not interested to pursue the matter. He

has also filed letter dated 20.09.2021 to that effect before the

Registry.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this writ petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall

stand closed.
