JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy)

     This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the

respondents      in   issuing   paper     publication   dated

23.03.2021 for conducting auction of subject immovable

properties.

None appeared for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent

submits that the writ petition is filed on the ground that

the applications are pending before the Debts Recovery

Tribunal and now all the applications before the Tribunal

are dismissed and that the petitioner has not complied

with the conditional order dated 06.05.2021. He also

submits that thereafter, the petitioner filed extension

petition for extending the time for a period of two months

and the said period of two months also lapsed.

In view of above facts and circumstances, we do not

see any reason to entertain the writ petition and no

indulgence can be shown to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There

shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ

Petition, shall stand dismissed.
