                     WRIT PETITION No.21110 of 2021
ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the parties that in similar

circumstances, an order dated 16.08.2021 was passed by this court in

W.P.No.19084 of 2021 and the present writ petition may also be disposed of on

the same lines.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to

consider the case of the petitioners, in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble

Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.4578 of 2021 dated 03.08.2021, and take a

decision in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
