Heard. Perused the record.

On 11.09.2021, the matter was settled before the Lok

Adalat and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat.

In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of

the Award dated 11.09.2021, passed by the Lok Adalat. The

Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Award dated

11.09.2021 to this judgment. No costs.
