JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the State Government is fair
enough in informing this Court that the present writ
appeal is arising out of an interim order passed by the
learned Single Judge on 28.09.2021 in W.P.No.24009 of
2021 and an application for vacating the interim order
has already been filed. He has stated that the present
writ appeal may be disposed of, as the application for
vacating the interim order is listed on 10.12.2021.
In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ appeal
is disposed of with a liberty to the parties to argue the
matter before the learned Single Judge.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ
appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
