JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant is fair enough in
stating that the present writ appeal has become
infructuous, as a Government Order has been issued by
the Government for regularising the services of
respondent No.1/writ petitioner.
The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of as
infructuous.

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
