2. Sri Pratap Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel for the appellant has

filed a letter, dated 17.11.2021 in the Registry seeking permission of

this Court to withdraw this appeal on the ground that parties have

settled the issues outside of the Court.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
