                  WRIT APPEAL No.566 of 2019


JUDGMENT:    (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


      The present writ appeal is arising out of the order

dated 24.08.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in

W.P.No.19165 of 2006.

      The facts of the case reveal that the appellant/writ

petitioner made a statement before the learned Single

Judge that he is entitled for the benefits flowing out of

service rendered from 1984 to 2002 and the same be paid

to him. A concession was made by the learned counsel

for the Corporation that the appellant/writ petitioner will

be entitled for the benefits as per the Regulations and in

those circumstances, with the consent of the parties, the

order was passed to release the service benefits to the

appellant/writ petitioner for the services rendered from

the   year   1984       to    2002       in     accordance           with   the

Regulations.

      In the light of the aforesaid fact that it was a

consent order, this Court does not find reason to

interfere in the writ appeal.

      The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed with a

liberty to the appellant/writ petitioner to file a review

petition in case he is still aggrieved in the matter. The

miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if

any, shall stand closed.   There shall be no order as to

costs.
