       THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.LAXMAN

               APPEAL SUIT No.1692 of 2001

JUDGMENT:

When the matter was taken up for hearing on

28.10.2021 and 10.11.2021, none appeared for the appellant,

and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under

the caption 'for dismissal. In spite of posting the matter today

under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation

for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not evincing

any interest in prosecuting the case.

Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for

non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
