JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice P. Naveen Rao)

Before the Lok Adalat, it was represented that in view of the

subsequent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the appellant -

Insurance Company intended to withdraw the appeal. Recording the

said submission, the appellant was permitted to withdraw the

appeal. It is further recorded by the Lok Adalat that if the decretal

amount is not deposited either full or part with accrued interest,

it may be deposited within 60 days from the date of receipt of the

copy of the award. On such deposit, the respondents - claimants

were permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of

their respective shares as per the apportionment made by the

trial Court.

2. In view of the settlement arrived at before the Lok Adalat and

making the award as part of this appeal, the appeal is accordingly

dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal

shall stand closed.
