JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for
the parties have fairly stated before this Court that the
learned Single Judge be requested to decide the matter on an
early date, as interim order is continuing in the case.
Resultantly, without averting to the merits of the case,
the learned Single Judge is requested to decide W.P.No.6745
of 2020 and other connected matters at an early date. The
parties are directed to appear before the learned Single Judge
on 06.12.2021.
Office is directed to list the writ petition before the
learned Single on 06.12.2021. All appointments shall be
subject to final outcome of the writ petition.
The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of. The
miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any,
shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
