AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY
WRIT APPEAL No.404 of 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellants is fair enough in

similar circumstances the punishment of stoppage of
increment has been modified. He has stated that to the
extent the punishment has been modified, he is not
having any grievance. However, the respondent is not
entitled for any monetary benefits keeping in view the
order passed in identical cases.

enough in making a statement that in the identical writ
petition, no monetary benefits were granted and
therefore, the order passed by the learned Single Judge
be modified accordingly.
Resultantly, after hearing and with the consent of
the parties, the matter stands disposed of. The
respondent will not be entitled for monetary benefits
flowing from the order passed by the learned Single
