ORDER:

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 reported that

C.C.No.853/2009 was disposed of by the trial Court on

25.07.2019, as such, this petition becomes infructuous.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that against

the Judgment dt.25.07.2019 passed in C.C.No.853 of

2009, they filed Crl.A.No.901/2019 and sought liberty to

file separate application seeking permission to file

additional papers in Crl.A.No.901/2019.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal

Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous granting

liberty to the petitioner to file separate application

seeking permission to file additional material papers in

Crl.A.901/2019.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand

closed.
