THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY
W.A.No.428 of 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant was fair enough in stating
that respondent No.1 is no more and that he has not been able to
locate his legal representatives. He therefore prays that the writ
appeal be disposed of with a liberty to the appellant to file a fresh
writ appeal, in case need arises in future.
The Writ Appeal is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed.
