JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel for the appellants, who filed the Memo

dated 12.11.20201 to the effect that his clients have directed him to

withdraw the present appeal.

Though notice served, learned counsel for the respondents,

remained absent.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as

withdrawn confirming the judgment and decree in O.A.No.926 of

2011 dated 02.07.2019 before the Telangana Endowments Tribunal,

Hyderabad. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
