COMMON JUDGMENT:

        This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner /

respondent      /   accused      to   set   aside    the    judgment    in

Crl.A.No.433 of 2014 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions

Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar against the judgment in

C.C.No.148 of 2013 on the file of the II Special Magistrate,

Ranga Reddy district at Hastinapuram, registered for the

offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable

Instruments Act.

2. During the pendency of the present Criminal Revision

Case, the parties have compromised the matter and,

accordingly, respondent No.2 - de facto complainant filed

I.A.No.1 of 2018 to permit him to compound the offence and

set aside the judgment in Crl.A.No.433 of 2014.

3. Today, petitioner and respondent No.2 are present in

person. Both produced their Aadhar Cards in proof of their

identity and both are identified by their respective counsel.

4. As the matter is under Section 138 of Negotiable

Instruments Act and as it is reported to be settled out of the

Court and both the parties represented that they voluntarily

entered into compromise and also filed Joint Compromise

Memo on 04-11-2018, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed.

Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed setting

aside the judgment in Crl.A.No.433 of 2014 on the file of

Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar

against the judgment in C.C.No.148 of 2013 on the file of the

II Special Magistrate, Ranga Reddy district at Hastinapuram,

registered for the offence punishable under Section 138 of

Negotiable Instruments Act.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal

Petition, shall stand closed.
