Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

        The     present       Writ     Appeal       is    arising     out   of   Order

dated 07.04.2021, passed by the learned Single Judge, in

W.P.No.18283 of 2019.

2.      Learned counsel for the appellant has argued before this Court

that the appellant's candidature was rejected based upon a certificate

issued by the District Educational Officer stating that she does not

have the experience required for the post. Learned Counsel has stated

that certificate was obtained from the District Educational Officer on

26.09.2018

, h owever, the same was not brought to the notice of the

learned Single Judge. He prays for withdrawal of the present Writ

Appeal with liberty to file a review petition.

3. Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.

Consequently, Interlocutory Applications, pending if any, stand

disposed of.
