     On 09.12.2020, there was no appearance on behalf of

the learned counsel for the appellant. Again on 01.02.2021,

there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant.                        On

, again nobody appeared and this Court has

directed listing of the matter under the category "for

dismissal". Today also there is no appearance on behalf of

the appellant.

Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed for want of

prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ

appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
