           THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI

                    MACMA No.2938 OF 2007

JUDGMENT:

A perusal of the record disclosing that during pendency of

the appeal, the matter was referred to the Lok Adalat and as per

the Award dated 10.04.2021 the parties amicably settled the

matter before the Lok Adalat.

Accordingly, the MACMA is disposed of, in terms of the

award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in

this appeal shall stand closed.
