ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff

seeking a direction to the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy

District at Vikarabad to dispose of O.S.No. 134 of 2016.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Junior

Civil Courts, Vikarabad, the suit itself was disposed as settled

before the Lok Adalat vide judgment dated 09.03.2019. In those

circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil

Revision Petition.

This Civil Revision Petition is closed, accordingly. However, it

is made clear, if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is

given to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such

an Application, the matter will be heard on merits. No costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
