Item No.25

THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI
                          AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY

                          W.A.No.69 OF 2020
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and the respondents No.2

to 5 jointly state that pursuant to the order dated 26.06.2020, the

respondent No.1 had appeared before the respondent No.2 on 02.07.2020

and the objections taken were duly considered by the respondent No.2

whereafter, a decision was taken by the respondent No.2 to re-locate the

transformer to a 15 feet wide road.

2. Mr. R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the

respondents No.2 to 5 states that a Memo was filed by him on

21.07.2020 placing on record the said position. It is thus stated on

behalf of the respondents that nothing further survives in the present

appeal.

3. Ms. Smita Kakkad, learned counsel appearing for the appellants

seeks an adjournment on the ground that her clients have not apprised

her of the aforesaid developments. That can hardly be a ground to

accommodate the appellants.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the

respondents, the present appeal is disposed of along with the pending

applications, if any.
