Telangana High Court
Syed Asghar Hussain, Hyd vs M/S Asman Mehmood, Hyd on 16 March, 2021
Bench: Hima Kohli, B.Vijaysen Reddy
Item No.15

THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI
                          AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY

                        F.C.A.No.391 OF 2017

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1. None is present on behalf of the appellant/father today.

2. Mr. S. Mohd. Abdul Raheem Khan, learned counsel appears on

behalf of the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the present

appeal filed by the appellant/father against the order dated 21.06.2017

in O.P.No.216 of 2013, passed by the learned Family Court on a

petition filed by the appellant/father under Sections 10 and 25 of the

Guardians and Wards Act has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as

the minor son in respect of whom the appellant/father had sought

guardianship has already attained majority. Learned counsel states

that as on date the son of the parties is aged 19 years and 10 months.

4. Perhaps it is for the said reason that none is present on behalf of

the appellant/father.

5. Be that as it may, the present appeal is disposed of as

infructuous along with the pending applications if any.
