        CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5826 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 14.09.2017 dismissing I.A.No.12 of 2012 in O.S.No.942 of

2011 on the file of IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts,

Hyderabad.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Senior

Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself

came to be dismissed for default by the Court below vide

judgment dated 06.11.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
