        CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4663 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the docket

order dated 28.06.2017 allowing I.A.No.921 of 2016 in

O.S.No.731 of 2010 on the file of III Additional District Judge,

Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the District

Judge, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be decreed by

the Court below vide judgment dated 14.10.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
