1.     Learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave of this court to

withdraw the present appeal preferred against an order dated

09.11.2020 in W.P.No.19698 of 2020 filed by the respondent

No.1/writ petitioner, while reserving the right of his clients to file an

implead application and a review application in the captioned writ

petition for seeking review of the impugned order.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the present appeal and the

interlocutory applications are disposed of as not pressed along with

the pending applications, if any.
