O R D E R:

This Tr.C.M.P. is filed seeking to withdraw O.P.No.65 of 2016

from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla and to transfer the same

to the Family Court, Hyderabad.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla, O.P.No.65 of 2016 itself came to be

dismissed for default vide judgment dated 10.12.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Tr.C.M.P.

Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P. is closed. However, it is made

clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to

them to file an Application to revive the Tr.C.M.P. and on filing such

Application, the matter would be heard on merits.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand

closed. No costs.
