COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.    The appellants (writ petitioners in W.P.No.7674 of 2020) are

aggrieved by an interim order dated 08.06.2020 passed by the learned

Single Judge in W.P.No.7467 of 2020 wherein, the court had declined

to grant any interim relief to the appellants. However, it was clarified

that if the application of the appellants is pending at the end of the

respondents No.4 and 5/Agricultural Marketing Committee (AMC)

for issuance of a licence, the same shall be processed in accordance

with law.

2. Ms.G.Neeraja Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appears for the

respondents No.4 and 5/AMC and informs this court that the pending

application of the appellants was considered and rejected by the

Committee on 24.06.2020, under due intimation to the appellants

which submission is vehemently denied by learned counsel for the

appellants, who states that his clients have not received a copy of the

said rejection order.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents No.4 and 5/AMC is

directed to furnish another copy of the rejection order dated

24.06.2020 to learned counsel for the appellants within three days.

If aggrieved by the said rejection order, the appellants shall be entitled

to seek appropriate legal recourse.

4. Learned counsel for the appellants states that in view of the

aforesaid submission, the present appeal and W.P.No.7674 of 2020

pending before the learned Single Judge may be disposed of as not

pressed while reserving the right of the appellants to challenge the

order dated 24.06.2020. Ordered accordingly.

5. Both the writ appeal and W.P.No.7674 of 2020 are disposed of

along with the pending applications, if any, with liberty granted to the

appellants as prayed for.
