JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.    I.A.No.2 of 2021 has been moved by the appellant for seeking

suspension of the impugned order dated 01.07.2021 whereunder, the

respondent No.1/writ petitioner was permitted to travel to USA with his

American passport, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. We have enquired from Mr.P.Gangaiah Naidu, learned Senior

Counsel as to whether the respondent No.1/writ petitioner has already left

for USA. He confirms the said position. That being the position, in our

opinion, not just I.A.No.2 of 2021, even the appeal is infructuous by now.

3. At this stage, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the

appellant/Bank raises a grievance that though the writ petition is pending,

no actual date has been fixed.

4. The Registry is directed to place W.P.No.12901 of 2021 before the

roster Bench on 27.07.2021, for fixing a date of hearing in the matter.

5. The writ appeal and I.A.No.2 of 2021 are disposed of as infructuous,

along with the pending applications, if any.
