            C.M.A.No. 971 of 2013 and C.R.P.No.4686 of 2013


COMMON JUDGMENT:


      Learned counsel for both the parties submit that O.S.No.1466

of 2012 on the file of IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts,

Hyderabad came to be settled before the Lok Adalat on 21.06.2018,

as such, nothing survives for adjudication in C.M.A.No.971 of 2013

and C.R.P.No.4686 of 2013.

      Recording the above submission, C.M.A.No.971 of 2013 and

C.R.P.No.4686 of 2013 are closed.

       Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
