                   APPEAL SUIT No.1454 of 2002

JUDGMENT:

Learned Government Pleader for Appeals, appearing for the

respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri M.P.Kashyap, learned counsel

appearing for respondent Nos.15 to 17 are present.

2. No representation for the appellant on 30.12.2020. Even

today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It

appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the

case. The appeal is of the year 2002.

3. In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall

stand vacated.
