         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5663 of 2015

ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the suit, being

O.S.No.283 of 2012, itself came to be decreed, by the Court

below vide judgment dated 27.03.2017, as such, nothing survives

for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision

Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
