          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4452 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

29.06.2015 passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge,

Nirmal, dismissing I.A.No.406 of 2014 in O.S.No.27 of 2012

filed by petitioners/plaintiffs to strike out respondent

No.4/plaintiff No.4 from the suit, as, he was improperly arrayed

as plaintiff No.4 in the suit.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Junior Civil Judge, Nirmal, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed, by the Court below vide judgment dated 17.12.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
