         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5736 of 2015

ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the suit, being

O.S.No.985 of 2012, itself came to be decreed, by the Court

below vide judgment dated 06.03.2019, as such, nothing survives

for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision

Petition is closed.

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
