  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4476 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

07.09.2015 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Shadnagar,

dismissing I.A.No.275 of 2015 in O.S.No.207 of 2014 filed by

petitioner/plaintiff seeking permission to file documents.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Senior Civil Judge, Shadnagar, the said suit itself came to be

decreed, by the Court below vide judgment dated 30.09.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
