         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2982 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

13.02.2015 passed by the learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, City

Civil Court, Hyderabad, dismissing I.A.No.639 of 2014 in

O.S.No.912 of 2014 filed by petitioners/defendants for rejection

of the plaint.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, the said suit

itself came to be dismissed for default, by the Court below vide

judgment dated 18.07.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
