          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4052 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

16.07.2015 passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kodad,

Nalgonda, dismissing I.A.No.224 of 2015 in O.S.No.22 of 2015

filed by petitioners/defendant Nos.1 & 3 for rejection of the

plaint.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Junior Civil Judge, Kodad, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed for default, by the Court below vide judgment dated

15.02.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
