          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 130 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

01.05.2014 passed by the learned III Additional District and

Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy, dismissing I.A.No.399 of 2014 in

O.S.No.1509 of 2013 filed by petitioner/defendant No.1 for

rejection of the plaint.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the District

Court, Rangareddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by

the Court below vide judgment dated 26.09.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
