        CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1008 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

28.11.2014 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Sathupally,

dismissing I.A.No.305 of 2013 in O.S.No.69 of 2011 filed by the

petitioner for its impleadment in the suit as defendant No.2.

A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that on

07.04.2015, while issuing notice before admission, this Court

granted interim stay for a period of twelve (12) weeks. However,

the same was not extended further.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Senior Civil Judge, Sathupally, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed for default, by the Court below vide judgment dated

08.11.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
