          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 693 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

26.11.2014 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, in

O.S.No.61 of 2011 sustaining the objection raised by the learned

counsel for the plaintiff with regard to admissibility of document

dated 18.10.1992.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, the said suit itself came to be

decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 30.06.2020.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
