         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3323 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

14.07.2015 passed by the learned III Additional District Judge,

Karimnagar, dismissing I.A.No.791 of 2012 in O.S.No.23 of

2012 filed by the petitioners/defendants for rejection of the plaint.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the District

Court, Karimnagar, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for

default, by the Court below vide judgment dated 17.04.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
