  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1307 of 2015

ORDER:

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the suit,

being O.S.No.7 of 2013, itself came to be dismissed by the Court

below vide judgment dated 30.04.2018, as such, nothing survives

for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision

Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
