  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1229 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner

against order dated 13.02.2017 passed by the learned

III Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Warangal, dismissing

I.A.No.324 of 2016 in O.S.No.414 of 2003.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Senior Civil Judge's Court, Warangal, the said suit itself came to

be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 22.09.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
