          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 893 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioners/defendants against order dated 02.11.2016 passed by

the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at

L.B. Nagar, allowing I.A.No.908 of 2016 in O.S.No.1744 of

2009, filed for amending the pleadings.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Senior Civil Judge's Court, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself

came to be dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated

24.09.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
