                        WRIT APPEAL No.41 of 2021

     JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

     1.    Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the

     present appeal while reserving the right of his client to assail the

     award dated 29.07.2020 pronounced by the respondent No.3 in respect

of the house property bearing No.2-10-43/NR, before the appropriate

forum.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed

of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.

3. Before parting with the case, at the request of learned counsel

for the appellant, who states that the appellant may be granted

protection for a period of two weeks to enable her to seek legal

recourse, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive action

against the appellant for a period of two weeks. In the event the

concerned Court does not grant any favourable orders to the appellant

within a period of two weeks, the respondents shall be at liberty to

take appropriate action in accordance with law.
