    JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Learned counsel for the appellant informs the Court that

O.S.No.96 of 2020, filed by the appellant, is listed before the learned

Junior Civil Judge, Ibrahimpatnam on 10.03.2021, after notice was

issued in February, 2020. He states that he shall press the interim

application pending on the file of the aforesaid suit on the date fixed,

instead of pressing the pressing appeal.

2. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of along with the pending

applications, if any.
