JUDGMENT : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao)

Counsel for appellant filed Memo on 11.02.2021 stating

that the appellant wishes to opt for 'Vivad Se Viswas Scheme,

2020' and so the appellant wishes to withdraw this Appeal

with liberty to revive the Appeal in the event the appellant

does not get satisfactory result in the said Scheme.

2. Granting liberty as sought for, this appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn. No costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
