  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3061 of 2016

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioners/plaintiffs aggrieved by the non-disposal of I.A.No.901

of 2015 in O.S.No.638 of 2015 by the learned I Additional

District Judge, Ranga Reddy.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

District Court, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed as not pressed, by the Court below vide judgment

dated 27.03.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
