         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3073 of 2016

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioner/defendant against order dated 18.03.2016 passed by the

learned Judge, Family Court at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy

District, allowing I.A.No.785 of 2015 in O.S.No.32 of 2011, filed

for restoring the suit.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Family Court, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be

closed, by the Court below vide judgment dated 29.07.2016.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
