  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3211 of 2016

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioner/plaintiff No.5 against docket order dated 21.01.2015

passed by the learned IV Additional District Judge (FTC),

Warangal allowing I.A.No.32 of 2015 in O.S.No.33 of 2006.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

District Court, Warangal, the said suit itself came to be dismissed

by the Court below vide judgment dated 30.12.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
