          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2852 of 2016

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioners/defendant 1 & 5 questioning the order dated

05.02.2016 passed by the learned II Additional Senior Civil

Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, dismissing

I.A.No.662 of 2015 in O.S.No.188 of 2011 filed for rejection of

plaint.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Senior Civil Judge's Court, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself

came to be closed by the Court below vide judgment dated

08.06.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
